Osteopathy is a treatment approach emphasizing the physical manipulation of joints and muscle tissue in order to improve alignment and restore function. Our Osteopathic approach is used to treat neck, lower back and shoulder pain. Treatment may consist of soft tissue massage or myo-fascial release. If appropriate manipulation will be applied to realign the structure at fault to improve blood circulation and reduce nerve impingement. Acupuncture and electro-therapy modalities may also be applied to reduce inflammation and speed up the patient’s recovery time. Appointment time span approx 60 to 90mins.
